A place that would be as innovative and as forward looking as our employees are.

The first phase of the project entrails erecting a 21-story office complex, the future home of offices for the county’s departments of mental health and workforce development, aging, and community service. It is to replace and rehab a handful of government offices. 

The tower is a glassy structure that will sit along Vermont near Fifth Street in Koreatown. We believe the county employees deserved a better place to work to serve the residents of the county of Los Angeles. Construction on the tower is expected to wrap up
in late 2021.
